93 Days

So last night I worked out and burned another 800+ calories, since my hubby was busy working any way, I wanted to watch TV, so I worked out while doing so. It was nice. I burned over 1400 yesterday and today I have done over 900 so far, if hubby has to work again tonight I will be working out again. I don't feel it at all right now my pants still fit the same, I wish it would just happen faster....
Tonight we went for a family bike ride which was good, to get out of the house. Now I am starving and would love some ice cream...but think I will pass and if I am still hungry I will keep busy with the other million things I have to do and get some water!

Back in the game

Ok, so my hubby was really busy this weekend and will be REALLY busy this week. We are going to miss him around here!
So 94 days left in the year. This has been talked about on some of the other blogs I read!
94 reasons to keep going and not give up, I am going to slowly work on this list....
1. mini chocolates taste really good, but is it worth a 2 lbs gain in a week...ok I didn't eat that many, there were some other issues, but really is it worth it....
2. food in small amounts is still good, even if you don't eat a ton and get your taste in that is enough, something I have to learn, a little can go a long way and eat is slowly...slowly and enjoy EVERY BIT And TASTE!!
3. Working out feels so good, I feel like a million bucks after doing it, so I know it's good for me.
4. I have a lot of 'crap' tv that I like to watch and can only watch these shows while doing something good for myself...to name a few remember I did say 'crap' tv. 90210, One Tree Hill, Melrose place, Criminal Minds, CSI LA and NY, Gossip Girl, Mentalist, Vampire Dairies, Grey's, and a few more! So I am pretty much covered for 45 mins or more a day of TV to watch while working my butt off!!
5. My hubby of course is the #1 reason to get these last 94 days and make them count!!
6. For Christmas we (crossed fingers) will be in our new home and well being a size smaller would be HUGE!! or smaller I guess! *smile*
7. I would love some new clothes for Christmas that make me look like I should and to feel better.
8. My baby turns 1 in Jan and to be smaller than I was when I got pregnant would BE FANTASTIC...which mean I have to get to 190. Which is more than doable...right ladies.
9. I have 4 babe's that I love so much and want them to know it's important to work hard and not eat tons of crap...healthy eating healthy body image.
10. I am important so I have to be serious and take my life into my own hands and take care, because no one else is going to do it for me. I know with the support of fellow weight loss bloggers I can and will succeed!

No weigh in

I totally forgot, and am a little bloated and didn't want to feel 'down' so I am going to do it next week and hopefully be back to 100%, I have not been feelin it in my workouts the past few days. I have been sleeping a lot and wanting more. No I am not pregnant if that is what you are thinking.
Need to get back on track, need to feel better, need to do it and remember what it has felt like losing!
Remember, remember, remember!!!! I can do it. Just need a little break like my friend funny how we can kind of feel the same....weird! Who would have though, what I have been thinking is already written, Thanks Jenn!

P.S. I am still working out, just not as hard, I have dropped from incline 15 to 10 on treadmill, and 4.1 to 3.8, I know still pretty good, but I want to be back in the next week....And EA Active is still happening. I have been gardening too, since the weather has been so HOT! maybe that is why I am not feeling 100% right now, too much heat!

100 days left

So I have been at a few 'friends' blogs and there is 1oo days left in the year, I can't believe it at all....wow! Where does the year go, oh right taking care of the childrens!

So my goals are:
1) to work out EA Active 4 times a week
2) to do eliptical 4 times
3) to do treadmill 4 times a week
4) cut back on the chocolate chips, okay get rid of them already I know, I know shouldn't have bought them in the 1st place, but I bought them for my kids for muffins and cookies....right!

Week 4

Hi everyone....whomever you are!
Funny thing happened when I stepped on the scale this morning, it came up with 165.7 lbs....I laughed and laughed because that is really close to my ultimate goal. Knowing that I was not down to a size 10 or so, it was wrong, so I stepped off and found 207! which I thought was perfect! But seeing that 165 was great it will help keep me going knowing that I will get there, no questions in my mind, I can and will and do want this in my life.
So I am VERY EXCITED!! I am now up to 8 lbs lost, which means that I have $40 in my jar of saving for new clothes when I lost it all!!!!
I love watching the money grow, and it helps motivate me to keep on going!

When I set my next mini goal last week I thought for sure it would take me 2 weeks to get it, even though it was only about 2 lbs that I wanted to hit my next goal, but so happy that it happened this week!!
So my next mini goal you guess it is going to be 205! I love achieving goals and know that the only way I am going to do it is if they are realistic. Even it it did take me 2 weeks to get to the next one, I know it can happen!

So I really can't say enough about EA active, is there anyone who has been using it too? It's great, I upped it to Hard now and use the balance board every so often. I am on the 2nd round of 30 day challenge and love it.
As a side note I HATE doing lunges side to side so much but I can't skip it or I feel bad so I do them because the little trainer is making me do it....and I take it to a bit of a weird level maybe in that I think it I had to pay $100 for someone to do the same thing I would do everything they tell me too, so why even with the $60 that I paid for the game wouldn't I do the same...in listening to what she is telling me to do. Because it works and there is a reason Bob Green put this all together....so I do it and it makes me a stronger person. Bonus I SAVE TONS OF MONEY TOO!

Dinner last night

was awesome!
TR's Beef Enchiladas
Here is what I made up and it was GREAT!
1 lbs of ground beef cook it up
1 tbsp of toasted onion, didn't have real ones in the pantry, can use fresh too, 1 small.
1 tsp roasted garlic
1.5 tsp toco mix
4 cups spinach
8 big mushrooms sliced

Cook all together then put into homemade wheat tortillas add cheddar cheese I used about 2 cups to have on the inside and on top once they were all made up in an 8 by 11 baking pan. Cook for about 1/2 hour on 375. Oh so yummy! Let me know if you try it out and if you like it or not

Reasons some Girls stay single!

Kay this is something I came across and think it's pretty funny. There are some interesting people out there. Love it! 'I don't play games' I am a complete catch!' OH goodness, I laughed so hard!!

Anyways, I am loving life and doing great and the weight it good and I did a little sneak today and I am down to 208.4!! So happy and well we will see in a few days. I was a little worried since I made some yummy cheesecake brownies, and oh were they so good! But I tried really hard to share a lot of them! But did have some myself.
I am loving spinach in most of what I am eating, and it's good for me!
Tonight we are trying something new, if it turns out yummy I will share!

OH and I started my 2nd round of EA Sports and did it with the balance board today, it was great! Love that game!!

Week 3

Can I just say how EXCITED I AM!!! I am UNDER 210!!! Which I was not sure I would do, even though I know I was close last week. It's been a stressful week with meetings for school and children in school and babies still at home....oh boy! My nice camera that my family bought me for mother's day stopped working, as in it would not turn on any more. We are building a new home and well there has been some stress with that, and we are going to put ours on the market soon and well we have never sold a home before. So I am in a constant state of decluttering. Which is a good thing, but it's taking it's toll on me. I am so tired and falling asleep at 9 pm, which is early when I still have so much to do!!! Needless to say life is a little full right now!
But I did it and I am NOT looking back!! Next mini goal will be 207! Oh I can just taste it now, I think doing my weight in's like this help too to see the progress! I love it!! I am a total visual person can you tell :) So in my money jar I know have $29 and once I lose the .2 it will be $30! So exciting to see the jar grow with money! Loving it!

EA Active

Love it! I had a great work out with it today, and did the treadmill for 30 minutes. I wish the weight would start to come off a little faster...
I really enjoy working out, I wish I could say I had a problem with soda and could stop drinking it and drop 20 in a year...but I don't. I do however love eating, and making food for my little well big family of 6. I love to try new things, I am trying to not eat as much as I make to help lose some....I love bread, but have cut back a lot.
Today for lunch I had the best lunch EVER! I had just gone to Costco got a huge bag of spinach and mushrooms, came home we had some left over noodles from last nights dinner that didn't have sauce on it, so I had a tsp of butter mixed in 2 handfuls of spinach and 2 mushrooms, 3/4 cup noodles, some salt and pepper, oh so yummy!

So today was a hot one where I live, we didn't get much for summer. Now that school has started it's really hot! But the kids and I went to the park today which was good, then spent the afternoon in the house as it was way too hot out side.
Tonight my DH worked late so I did the bed time stuff with the children's and got on the treadmill. Did 50 mins on it and burned 808! Felt great, then I wanted to watch another show so I got on the elliptical and did another 35 min and burned 350, and this morning I worked out for 37 minutes and did 380 on the elliptical. So I watched what I ate and am in anticipation of my weight in for week 2 tomorrow! I am just going to keep going and not let the scale get me 'down', but I hope to be down!
I love working out and love my evening work outs, I hope to do mornings for the 6 days a week and evenings at least 2 times a week.
OH and EA Active, still loving it! I had a day off today and tomorrow I will do it again! 5 more work outs to complete my 30 day challenge!~
