Just not

Feeling it these days, I have been weighing and well it's not that great...I am up don't know how much...but right now I am done.
I have been sick for a week, so my eating has not been that good. I am not in the mood to cook, my hubby has been VERY busy and will be for a while so making meals is not fun for 4 children who can be picky and don't care what they eat.
I have worked out the last 2 days a little slower than normal. I ran today since my head was not pounding, and that felt good, then I ate a homemade egg macmuffin type of food, and a grapefruit and a glass of almond milk. It was yummy now I am soooo full.
I am hoping to kick this feeling of giving up soon, because I don't like the way it's making me feel....
Any ideas to help me kick the 'I give up', really it's not worth it attitude!!! HELP!

Staying the same

Week 21 weight is 195.4 loss for the week 1.4 lbs =Total gone 19.6
Week 22 weight is 194.6 loss for the week is 0.8 = total gone 20.4
Week 23 weight is 194.6 loss for the week is 0.0 = total gone 20.4

I am totally ok with nothing lost this week, as long as it wasn't an increase it was all good. I have had a lot of birthday again, and more to come this weekend. We are having friends and family over to celebrate birthday in Jan and Feb and a house warming! So it's going to be a busy weekend. But since I will be cleaning and getting food ready, there won't be much chance of me over eating since I usually am not in the mood for what I make after spending time making it! Good and bad!
Can't wait to get down more lbs, but am just going to keep taking it one day at a time and know that I am worth it!!

Had a dream the other night that I was pregnant and it wasn't not funny at all!! I have 4 wonderful children and 5 would be a lot. But whatever happens, I just want to be down a lot more weight and not gain anymore again!!! I am not pregnant, but those dreams are scary that is for sure!!
