off to a slow start....

My little man isn't 6 weeks yet and I am itching in a sense to get back, but have given myself until the 6 weeks to make many changes. All I want is sugar and I am not sure how to get off of it!
I hope that I can in the next few days not eat as much and then stop buying it. But we have had so many birthdays in the last 3 months it is so hard to get off of it!
I have started tracking irregularly right now, will have to get better at it. My hubby is going to work with me more to lose and we are going to get up and work out together once I am not feeding in the night it will be easier. My little guy is giving me more sleep but it is still tiring to feed all day long!

Starting again

Hi Everyone,
I don't know if even anyone is checking this blog anymore, but I am back. I have had baby #5 and need to do it all over again! The lowest I got before being pregnant again was 191.
I am now at 200. I have lost in the last 3 weeks since baby about 15 lbs, so that feels good, too bad it was all baby and a little more and I wish I could do the next 15 as easily as those!
I am going to start by tracking food. Since exercise is not going to happen just yet, still getting over the having a baby!
My goals are simple for the next 3 weeks before the docs appointment

1) track food every day, I am going to start using the Losin it app again on my phone!
2) do a little more, going up and down stairs running around after my kids!
3) if I have had a good night sleep do the Wii EA active on the wii with the kids.

Long Term goals
1) track food
2) Work out 5 times a week come about June, I should have babe on a good schedule!
3) Start running again, using the running app on my phone
4) get to 165 by the end of the year!
