Wednesday Work out


So I will weigh in tomorrow as well I forgot today! But that's ok, sometimes it's not all about the # on the scale! I have gone down a pant size!! WHO HOO. They are snug but not totally loose like the last size!
But by the next few weeks they will feel good.
74 days until Mothers day and I am feeling good about reaching my goals. 11 Weeks.
So if I am losing a pound a week I should be at 11 lbs down which would be AMAZING! That would mean I would be at well I don't know until I weigh in tomorrow :) But around the 192 ish mark.... Now I can't wait to find out what I do weigh tomorrow! That would be the smallest I have been in 9 years......I think, yup pretty sure. Said I know, but 5 kids in that time has done a toll on my body!

Tuesday Posting a day early for this one


So here is a Tuesday workout. I hope to do it tomorrow so long as my shoulder isn't hurting too bad!
Horrible day today with eating. I am a little emotional so I had a couple little chocolate bars....but I guess it could be worse right. I could have had a few big ones :) Going to get back to having some water and relaxing for a few minutes before pick up time :)

Thursday Work out










For this work out I did 40 minutes cardio. I get to watch a favourite show well I do this. Then I added 40 lunges, 20 forward for each leg and then 20 side for each leg.I love doing squats! Love them. I also did some dead lifts with out weights and did 20 of those.
I think I need to do what I love!

I love to cuddle up and watch movies with my hubby and children

I love reading
I have found a love of tea in the evenings to relax.

Working on it

Week 1 216.4
Week 10 204.4 Another 2 lbs gone since the last weigh in!
I now have a new goal sort of...kind of, I do.
Mother's Day is in 83 days from today.
I have worked out 13 days in the last two weeks!
I have been cooking and eating healthy.
I still have a little chocolate every now and then...but haven't bought any new 'crap' in the last 2 weeks.
Even with Mini Eggs making a return, I don't have ANY in my house!!!
I do drink a ton of water.
I have started having tea in the evening again when I am feeling like I need to eat.
I did go on an amazing hike with the kids and hubby this weekend. 5 Km or so maybe a little more. I carried the babe the way up to a waterfall that was frozen. It was beautiful and fun and amazing being with my family. I was happy to get out of the house instead of sitting at home or trying to do things that needed to get done and have kids be board act!
So I hit another goal and I am pumped. Girls night out is what I am doing!!
So being 10 lbs down means that I am getting closer to other people noticing my work!
I hear it takes 10 lbs for me to notice...and 20 lbs for others to notice! Each day I get closer to that, which in no way is why I am losing weight it really is just for me. And I guess it's for my daughter too. I don't want her to grow up with the same things I did, a mother always on a diet....and never getting far....
I still am breaking out, so maybe the chocolate has to go.....
Ok this week I am not going to have chocolate...wish me luck!!

So in the last couple weeks

I know I have been MIA.
The truth is, I lost my way a little. But have gotten back in the next couple days.
I am doing well. I HIT A GOAL I HIT A GOAL!!
My book that I am going to get is Smokin' Seventeen by Janet Evanovich So excited! I love her books easy to read and enjoy. I might change my next goal to see the movie One for the Money which is another one of her books! girls night out!!
Since starting this journey, I have had my ups and downs.
Week 1 216.4
Week 8 206.4 Can I just say WHO HOO. It's about 1 lb a week.
I now have a new goal sort of...kind of, I do.
Mother's Day is in 97 days from today. Well today being the 11th of Feb.
Last year at this time I had given birth to my 5th child. And my mothers day was nice, but I wasn't happy with me.
So this year, I am going to be so happy in my own skin and for my gift I will be getting some new clothes!!
I have worked out a lot 7 times this week.
I have drank a lot of water.
I have been doing a lot in the house.
I have had tons of energy. Except for yesterday....I was done, but went to bed got my rest and ready to tackle another day!
I am getting tired of kids fighting though....oh boy, but that's a WHOLE other blog :)
Next week, I will work out 5 times if not more.
I will drink 8 of my 2 cup jugs of water which I LOVE
I will get more done around the house so that this summer I can be outside playing with my kids and maybe even have a bathing suite on this year.....
I will get my routine down so it's smother when Baseball and Soccer starts. And the crazy starts in my life! I am so excited!!
