Yoga

I don't know where my time goes these days oh right 4 Children!!
I have been practicing yoga, and it's been good. I don't normally do that type of thing, but it's been fun learning. It's a pretty good workout when you get going.
Weigh in's are a thing of the past, I am discouraged looking at it not moving so I am taking a break and focusing on me. Eating less and drinking more water, and being aware of what is going in my mouth. I usually do 5 things at once while eating so I am taking it a little slower now...hope it will help.
Hope those who are still checking out are doing well...
Does anyone one else practice yoga? If so how often?

Been a little while.
So I am doing pretty good about the carbs after 3 pm, I have had pizza one day, it was a girls night. Fruit after breakfast I have also done well with. Water, could do better I am sure, but I do drink a lot. Candy...not so good on that front...but trying each day! My weight today was 195.8 which was ok, not great, but happy it's not 198 still. I have 2 lbs before I am back at the lowest I have been. I would like to be at 193 by the end of the month. Keep the working out going, less candy, more water, less stress!
Pull it together!!

Today, I didn't do too great, but not horrible either...
I ate only fruit at breakfast, and toast
Lunch was homemade mac and cheese
Dinner huge salad, homemade dressing, feta crasins, and broccoli and chicken
It is going to be a little difficult not to want bread, since I love it oh so much...but I am going to try hard and see what happens this week.
Snacks mini eggs, I know I know...and a muffin and yogurt....
I started another 30 day challenge on EA Active and am looking forward to it again. I also did about 20 min on the Elliptical before I had to run out this morning.

no carbs after 3 pm??

So I am going to be starting a few things to jump start my diet again...since I am not losing right now and well am getting a little frusterated.... I went to my naturalpath today and she suggested that for the next week that I don't eat carbs after 3 pm...what...do you have for dinner than??? If anyone has some food that they losve to eat and ways to make it better let me know!
Also no fruit after breakfast...
So I am thinking....what?!? I can't do it but I must....So I am going to track and figure out different ways to cook veggies and have salads to make me want to eat them more....
More water too a goal.

oh boy oh boy...
And I like Jodi's idea about doing 10 more mins of exercise and eating 100 cals less in a day...so that too is going to come into my life now. I have started the extra 10 mins and it's great. I am still trying to do the running thing, but I just don't enjoy it....so I am in the 5th week still and just redoing it do feel confident to go on to the next set. I do enjoy though walking at a 15 incline on the treadmill at 4.2, and I find in 30 minutes I can burn almost 450 cals which I think is pretty good...I would like to start doing my work outs earlier in the morning and possibly again in the evening but we shall see if I can get out of bed....

Easter

I hope that whom ever still reads my blog has a Very Nice Easter and is enjoying family and friends!
We are busy with family this weekend and have enjoyed spring break. looking forward to the routine again.
This next week I am going to get up before the children do and get in a really good work out in, I have been lacking a little in the past little while not feeling like I am giving it my all. The running has been going ok. I am not a runner, so I am redoing some of the program to strengthen up in hopes to be able to go longer.
April Goal
To wake up at 6:30 to work out
To lose it, since I am staying the same and it is driving me nuts, I need to push past this and lose, I want have need deserve to be 190 by the end of the month.
Drink more water yet again, I do do well then forget a little, then do well again and forget! I have to stop forgetting!!!
