I have gotten back to working out and it feels great. I missed it, but am still not 'feeling' the work outs. I am doing them because they are good for me to do and I know I need to do them. But I am just doing the motions. I am not a fan of lunges, they are the end of me in the EA active but I do them...
The other day a friend said my butt was looking smaller and I guess it's all those lunges!
Oh and on EA active yesterday they made me run 6 times around the track...I don't run and 3 laps was good enough, but I did it and I survived!!

How is the wii Active game in general? I bought personal fitness trainer but since our wii is in our basement (and not a finished basement, I havent really been there to do much other than set up my acct.... sigh
ReplyDeleteI love the active it's great, I made a deal with myself that I would do everything it makes me do with out skipping, cause really seriously it's not hard to push a button and skip something...But I said if I am going to do it I have to do it and follow what it says.
ReplyDeleteI love it, it has many different activities and puts them together in different ways each time. I usually do the 30 day challenge and have 1 more day on my 2nd round. Med 1st time hard 2nd, In about 1/2 hour it's usually 200 cals or more! So I love it!
My gym is in an unfinished basement but I have a tv so I watch my shows! Get down there and do it you will be happy!!
