Not a bad week, I guess I am making up for the + 2 That I had a couple weeks ago. I would love to be down to 205 which is still my mini goal.
I have not been working out as hard and am just tired...
I have been eating less and trying to eat every 3 hours and seeing if that will help!
Is there anyone else who reads my blog that is tired?? I don't mean the normal tired, I mean exhausted and don't know why? I am not prego, I am not low on iron says the blood test. I do chase after 4 children and run a home. But I am so tired....What do you do when you get tired, what's a good way to get going again.

Holy cow... your post could easily go to my blog! I am exhausted as well these days... to the point where I sit in my chair with a coffee in hand and I fight to stay awake! I have been trying to exercise to 'pick me up' but so far-- nothin!
