oops
Been a little while. Things have been crazy around here, I have been living a week ahead of myself and well I think it's all just throwing me off way too much!! I hate when that happens. Yesterday I was a week early for a meeting and tonight I was a week early again!!! YIKES!! You would think that I would learn and look at my calender but not yet!! Oh well. I am back on track I think. I hurt my neck this morning, but still got in the Wii EA and elliptical so that made me feel better. I am making some bad choices, but some good ones too. I really should look at what my 2 almost 3 year old eats and eat what he does, cause he is always eating the fruits and veggies and cheese. Don't get me wrong he eats not such good stuff like mac and cheese, but his snacks are usually really good ones, so I don't mind if he eats. Oh that little guy! Didn't weight in this week. Will do it again this week. I just totally forgot! Hope you are well and remember no matter how many times you may fall or fall off, you can ALWAYS get back on and we are here to support! Second, Third chances are always there....it will get easier and better!

I did it down another lb and another $5 into my jar! I know my goal is a lb a week, but sometimes I just wish it were more. But I know making small healthy changes will benefit more in the long run!! I know it will....Next week we are looking at 202!!! Oh so close to being under 200lbs, I haven't seen that # in over a year since I got prego with #4. So I found another calculator and this is what it says. Oh to be down by May would be amazing!! I have 43 more lbs, I have Lost over 10 lbs now!!! I have lost 11.8 lbs!!! I can never eat 2649 in one day yikes!! But I am doing between 1500 and 1700 a day which is my goal on my iphone app It's amazing what eating a little less or working out a little more will do it can mean a month earlier or later in weight loss...

Love my iphone
So I have an application on my phone that I am loving, you can track your food and exercise on it, and it's great and easy to use. I have been finding that I eat a little better when I write it down. However just a piece of paper wasn't working for me, I didn't have it with me all the time. But now I have my phone and as I am doing something I type it in and love it, we will see in a few days if it is really working!
Also I have sold my house so now I feel like I can do my EA active again, so I started yesterday and am doing another 30 day challenge and am happy to be doing so! I love working out and did tons yesterday. I did a bunch of house work, elliptical machine and walking, oh and EA Active such a great day! And today I have done the EA, and elliptical, and I will get to the rest soon too, since well I have to get my day going!!

So happy to see that #, It has been stressful even though there has been no cleaning this week just waiting for the conditions to be removed has been hard. Also being that time of the month!! WHOO HOO! 1 more pound GOOD BYE!!
Tonight we are going out for our anniversary so I have 'saved' calories for the day so I can have a nice dinner with my wonderful Hubby of 9 YEARS!!

The best day EVER
First of all I am so blessed to live where I do and am free to do and say what I want and am grateful for all those who fought for my freedoms.
Secondly as you can see by the picture!! HAPPY DANCE TIME!!! So now I can go back to living in my house!!! Possession is going to be the day after the last day of our tentative dates to move into our new house that we are building!! I was really nervous because it has been C/S for 1.5 weeks to get things in order, but it was stressful, and from my face full of breakouts it was a hard week, plus well it's that time of month which doesn't help at all!!! Boy oh boy I am one happy lady...Now it's time to focus on the weight loss aspect!!!
So yesterday my hubby and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary!!! He got me an iphone which has an app for losing weight call Lose it, and I am able to track food and work outs and weight on it, so excited, now I don't have to have paper laying around and always have my phone with me so I can just add too it!!! And I got him the new transformer movie and he is now doing bobsled with a good friend of his and we will see how often he goes out for that! I am happy because I am really good at taking time for just me and my friends and he is such a great man that he just loves being with us all the time when he is not working, but I love that he is going to have something just for him. I think that is so important!!!
THE BEST 2 DAYS EVER, okay at least in a little while. I know that only having our house on the market for 10 days isn't that long, but living through it with 4 kids is a lot!!!
Oh I am so excited!!! Love it!

So there was no lose this week, but that's okay. I had a rough week so I hope this next one is even better. I don't think I am going to lose 10 by Christmas, but as long as I start to go down more again that will make me happy. I haven't been loving it lately and still a little stressed about selling our house, gotta have it spotless today, hoping for the last time!
I had a dream last night about water, I know weird and about writing about it, I haven't been home too much and find it harder to get a good amount of water in when I am not at home.
Today I have to get a lot better with that.
I love water and love the taste of cold water with a little lemon! Yummy! Have to go get me some!

sabotoge
Well that's what I feel like I do sometimes...
I lose some weight and then I don't know why but I eat crap...then I gain, then I get sad and then I get back on the 'wagon'....
Why is it when I am going down and then don't lose too much I get frustrated?? I am so sick of it!!!!!!! Tomorrow is a new day and I am hoping for a brighter one. My hubby is working late, the kids should be in bed soon and I have TV to catch up on so I am oh I am saying it out loud, going to work out again today....I have to right it's out there and I can't take it back!!
I will let you know how WELL it goes!
