WHoo Hoo!!
I did it down another lb and another $5 into my jar! I know my goal is a lb a week, but sometimes I just wish it were more. But I know making small healthy changes will benefit more in the long run!! I know it will....Next week we are looking at 202!!! Oh so close to being under 200lbs, I haven't seen that # in over a year since I got prego with #4. So I found another calculator and this is what it says. Oh to be down by May would be amazing!! I have 43 more lbs, I have Lost over 10 lbs now!!! I have lost 11.8 lbs!!! I can never eat 2649 in one day yikes!! But I am doing between 1500 and 1700 a day which is my goal on my iphone app It's amazing what eating a little less or working out a little more will do it can mean a month earlier or later in weight loss...

    I would love for my goal weight to be here by diner time, but realisticly I would say that with the holidays and all that happening right now that by the end of Jan. That way I could still be enjoying the holidays without too much hassle of should i or shouldnt i!
