Biggest Loser

So I watched it this morning while doing chores and laundry ect. It was ok. I don't know how good it is to lose 20+ pounds in 1 week...that is NUTS!!!!!! I know they have a lot to lose and they work out full time. Man though, it's crazy. I may or may not continue with it. I don't like taking on too much TV as it is I watch enough.

I ran this morning 2nd day of week 2. It was run for 1.5 min and walk for 2 min, well the walking was easy, I was good with the running until about 1.15 mins then it was harder. I have NEVER in my life enjoyed running. I am not enjoying per-say but not hating it either. I just turn on CSI right now and go. I know it will be good for me, I know I will do what I have to to get the body I want. I know it will all be good...just getting there.
It's a journey and well I am in it for the long haul, I am just hoping and praying the scale is good to me. Today I have been really good at eating. I am going to meal plan tonight for the next week while we are moving...I know we will eat out at least 1 or 2 times...but will make it healthy choices...or SMALL portions... I am going to keep up the work outs, and tonight I am going to watch TV while doing the treadmill again tonight. I need to have a positive tomorrow! Even with 'Aunt Flow' visiting, I will over come it!!!!!
Wishing you luck today!!

  2. Way to go with the jogging..I am like you...I have never liked jogging...I am happy to walk for hours but jogging just about kills me. I did the same tonight...jogged 1-2minutes then walked for a while..didn't count the walk time but then jogged when I felt ready...I just do not enjoy it but am hoping to stick with it and increase the time and slowly build it up. I am in Australia and must admit The Biggest Loser over here sucks me in each time it starts. I love it. It makes me more motivated to watch these people put their all into it and I get on my elliptical trainer and pound it out with them. I don't watch any other tv and it does keep me occupied while I train as I get bored any other time. Lets be strong in our "Healthy Challenge" and make this year count for us...Khris
