I had to run for 3 walk for 3 , run for 1.5 and walk for 1.5 repeated. I was happy to be doing and sweating pretty good! Then I did the wii EA Active, which was good and all legs today! I am getting back on track this week starting today! I know I can do it and be better and lose!
1) I deserve to be the me 10 years ago before babies
2) I deserve to be healthy and love life
3) I deserve to want to have my picture taken again!!
1) I want to be me the skinner one
2) I want to be healthy and live forever...ok maybe not that long, but I want to see my family grow and grandbabies!
3) I want to be in pictures with my family!!
1) I know I can look like I did before
2) I know how to be healthy
3) I know I am HOT!!
This is my focus this week! To remember what I look liked 10 years ago and know I can do it!! Each day I am going to look at the old me and remember and chose the right!

Great attitude. I used to have an old picture of myself on the refrigerator and one on the pantry to keep me out.
