Week 2

So I am starting again as of last week
Week 1 195
Week 2 194 (-1.0)

I am very excited about the loss. I have been not eating until I am over full, I am eating more veggies and not drinking as much as I would like but doing good.

This week my mini mini goal is to drink 1 more water bottle of water to my day and remember my vitamins.

Weight goal to be 190 by the end of June. I am taking it slower I guess now, I hate being set up for failure. I still have 6 months until my ultimate Goal November 10th. I need to lose 5 lbs a month. I can do this. I am re-motivated and want this now more than anything. I am not going to allow the stress to get to me any more and eat. I will not do that to my wonderful body that keeps me going. I want to do more for me and my life, so my children know the healthy happy me, not the un-healthy a little sadder me!

  1. Good for you! Having a weekly goal like drinking more water is a great way to build your healthy habits too. Maybe each week you can pick another goal but continue doing the one you started the week earlier.
