Still not 100%
But I did it, I finally hit 190.0 I have lost 25 lbs!!! I have 30 lbs to go, so I am almost 1/2 way there. That makes me happy.
It takes time to adjust to changing your mind set. I now look in my fridge when I am craving something sugary and think what can I eat that would satisfy that craving and not be high in sugar or calories. I like the new me and my change. When I do eat something that is not good for me I don't eat tons and tons of it, I take a portion and can eat just that and be done.
Growing up I was always scared even though we had enough food, that I wouldn't get enough. So I would eat just to eat sometimes which is so not good. I now eat until I feel full or before and give the rest to my hubby if he is still hungry or get rid of it or left overs.
We had a nice day out for the past couple days, I can't believe summer is here and my oldest is home now all the time with us. I hope we don't drive each other too crazy! And we can enjoy our outings and times at home!!

ReplyDeleteI am on holidays right now with my mom (and other family members) and my diet has flown out the window! But back to normal life routine and eating on Sat.
