Well it's another loss thank goodness, I have a little time to lose the last 4 lbs before my 1st goal of 190 by the middle of the month. I am going to have to pull out all the stops now!!
Bootcamp was tough last night, I need to keep it up and enjoy. My legs are feeling pretty good today, so I am getting a little use to the hard workouts. I totally feel it all doing it though!! Recovery time is better so that is good!
Today is a cleaning day, yesterday was a baking day, so it's good. Can't wait to get the house tidy again. With 4 children it never seems as though I am caught up with that. But I have to take time to enjoy the kids too since they are only young once!
Water drinking is great. Eating is good, I am going to start tracking more again, I get lazy and forget, even though it's all on my phone which is usually with me!
Waking up is sucking with bootcamp at 7:30 bed at 9 is not happening since I have to unwind. So I am not going to stress about it at all, I am just going to do it when I get up. No point right now, once bootcamp is over then I will adjust. And it doesn't help when DH is still in bed!

Hi, Karen from Fitness: A Journey, Not a Destination here. It is hard to get up for a workout when the rest of the house is sleeping soundly. Could you make yourself a cup of your favorite coffee or some other little incentive to make getting up easier? How about a reward for after working out? My favorite is a hot soak in my jacuzzi.
