Weight in!!

Week 15 weight is 201.2
Week 16 weight is 201
Week 17 weight is 202 +1 lbs
So not great, but I am not going to stress about it...just keep going. I am pre 'Aunt Flows' visit so I am ok with it. I am feeling the stress again about moving a little. I pack 2 or 4 boxes a day and still have SOOO much to go.
I am happy that I am losing for the most part. This next year especially once we are in the new house and settled things will get better. Right now I am just trying not to shop and eat what we have in the house so we don't have to move it, which is good, but not so good, I have a lot of not such great foods, fast convenient foods, so not the best when I am trying to lose weight. But that's ok, they will be gone and not bought again in the new house. It will be a fresh start for the new house with better, healthier foods and more room to see the foods we have in the house!! I am trying to limit portions so I don't feel like crap, I am drinking tons of water, and working out and excited about the new year and the new house and the new me!!!
Oh what a year!!!

Hot Bod in a Box

so today I was not really feeling it today, a little cranky and the kids are just in my way! I am sure those who have kids have NEVER felt that feeling before!

So I took a look and did some of the moves from Jillian's little box, and it's going to be great. She has some circuit workouts and then a ton of other other different exercises that I NEVER have seen before! All in all I think it will be great and am excited to keep using it. I know this is the year to have my hot bod! And it's going to happen slowly but shirley!!

New Year things I am going to do!!!
1. Meal Planning, save times, energy and money....just need to put in a few minutes each week to get it going, and once we are in the new house I have to make it happen to stay organized. It will also help lose weight if I know what I am eating!!
2. Work on my pictures once a week, I love taking them and never find time to deal with the millions I have.
3. Get a work space organized so I can do scrapbooking and card making ect...
4. Work out 5-6 times a week with a plan, and then do lots of visits to the park and out side with the kids.
5. Enjoy some me time, reading, relaxing, out with the girls or hubby.

Hope you all have a great New Years and have your goals ready to work on and sick with them...Remember it takes 21 days to form a habit!! Good luck!
