Halloween and sharing

Happy Halloween!
Well I don't like this season as do some of the others whom I read! I love seeing my babes all dressed up and them having fun. But I can't stand anyone over the age of 12 going out and trick or treating. I hate masks a lot...I HATE not knowing a person and not seeing their face creeps me out....But that is me. I don't like all the candy in the house, I usually only allow my children to eat a very small amount and have been known to still have candy in the cupboard, not on purpose still the following year. Don't worry I throw it out!

week 10

Oh I can't even believe it's been 10 weeks that i have been trying to lose it for real now.
Week 8 weight 205.4 -1.0
Week 9 weight 206.4 + 1.0
Week 10 weight 205.4 -1 .o

So that is good I am back to week 8's weight. Too bad it's not less but that's okay. I am trying most of the time....
So the selling of a house is not fun, not fun at all. I got kicked out yesterday only to get a call...they aren't coming anymore. Well I am out with 3 sick ones...my hubby and my 2 little boys...so I went and pick up my daughter from a friends where she went after play school...and came home and thought I am so sick of such a clean house. I was totally happy to have it clean but it was taking a toll on my mental health! I made some cookies, I had a few...but not a ton. I am back on today and feel good, worked out this morning even with a lack of sleep since oh my oldest boy got sick....throwing up all night...the laundry!
Weird that a totally order home is stressing me out! I think most of it is because well I haven't allowed my children (remember there is 4 ages 6, 4, 2 and 9mths) to play and live. So I just didn't do dishes and if someone wanted to see the house they I would do what I could. Thankfully no one did last night. Since my DH was helping a friend move out of a bad situation he was not around to help and with sick little ones well let's just say it was a blessing to not have to leave. So today I am getting things back in order, making some more bread for the lunches ect and getting ready for a weekend of hopefully selling a house!!
We got feed back and things aren't horrible, just looking for the right person to buy....
Back to weight loss, I was looking into JC and well it's a lot of money, then I got talking to a friend about on line WW and well it's not as much, but do people really find it helpful...then there is Sparkpeople which is similar I think to WW and I know I can do this with out having to fork out a ton of money and eat differently then my family since there are 6 of us it's just not likely...What are your thoughts on these programs. I guess mine is that I am not a huge fan of sitting and entering things on the computer, I am a little old fashion I still keep a paper diary and can't for the life of me get onto the web to do a lot of calendering ect...

Not bad considering the week I have had and getting ready for this house to show ect.

Selling a home is hard work and it's only been a couple days, we have had 4 showings in the last 24 hours. Went up yesterday morning. Tomorrow we have 3 already, so I pray it will sell really fast. Because of the stress I am not sleeping at 3 am....
OH well.
Hope everyone is doing well, I know a few of the blogs I read are having some losses and that is so exciting for them! Go Girls!

cleaning and more cleaning

So our house is now going up tomorrow. I have re cleaned 2 of the 3 bathrooms, since I still have to shower ect, I figure the last one will be done tomorrow morning. I have done the basement, the kitchen except the floor which I will do tomorrow. All rooms are a go....
I have gotten back to working out and it feels great. I missed it, but am still not 'feeling' the work outs. I am doing them because they are good for me to do and I know I need to do them. But I am just doing the motions. I am not a fan of lunges, they are the end of me in the EA active but I do them...
The other day a friend said my butt was looking smaller and I guess it's all those lunges!
Oh and on EA active yesterday they made me run 6 times around the track...I don't run and 3 laps was good enough, but I did it and I survived!!

SUPER BUSY WEEK!!!

So I have not worked out since Saturday, and I love to work out so much and do miss it. But I have been getting my house clean and ready for pictures and it's a lot of work!!!!
We are selling our home and it will be our 1st one ever. When we were 1st married we had 2 rentals and then moved into our home which we built. Now we have out grown it with 4 children and are moving up! But it's been a lot of work to declutter and get things hidden and cleaned and pretty...not saying that it wasn't clean and nice before because I do try to keep a clean tidy home. But this is the mother load of all cleaning and getting rid! So I have been so busy cleaning and working out by doing house stuff I haven't had a chance to really work out. I miss it! But will be back in a day when the house is FINALLY cleaned up....oh the joys.
The sign just went up in our yard. Scary! Anyone else ever sold a house? I am nervous and stressed and am going to try not to eat like crap because it's easier....and pray I don't hold on to the pounds because of stress.
Don't you hate it when you are stressed and trying to lose and well the pounds just stay. I am going to make sure I find time to relax so I don't feel too stressed out and working out will help with relaxing for me!
Oh the joys of life and the good times. Can't wait it's all going to be okay! Cross your fingers that our house is sold fast and we don't have to stress about it!!
Thank to those who are going to try with me to lose a pound a week! Let me know how it's going. I can't wait to be in the 1's soon. Let's do it ladies!

10 Weeks to go

So if there is anyone else out there that want's to join me and lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks please leave a comment and we can check each others progress....I would love to be 194 before Christmas. I am tired of being tired and over weight....Please help motivate me!!!

Not a bad week, I guess I am making up for the + 2 That I had a couple weeks ago. I would love to be down to 205 which is still my mini goal.
I have not been working out as hard and am just tired...
I have been eating less and trying to eat every 3 hours and seeing if that will help!

Is there anyone else who reads my blog that is tired?? I don't mean the normal tired, I mean exhausted and don't know why? I am not prego, I am not low on iron says the blood test. I do chase after 4 children and run a home. But I am so tired....What do you do when you get tired, what's a good way to get going again.

New Week

Well, It has gone from wonderful 'Indian Summer' to brutal cold, okay well I am sure it could be much worse!! But when you go from +30 celsius to +1 or 0, it's cold!
I started the week out good burning 580 and 180 bad with math 760
Had half and orange and a slim fast shake. I love the chocolate one and some times don't feel like doing breakfast...
Did pretty good this weekend, had dinner at my mom's and it was so yummy, but didn't finish so I gave it to my hubby, even though I so wanted to eat it all up! I was proud to pass it on.
Started to really work on the house again over the weekend...get some things packed up and cleaned up and rearrange.
We are currently and I don't know if I have mentioned before building our dream home and well we have to sell our house we are in now soon....I am totally excited and a little stressed with 4 monkeys it's hard to keep the house totally tidy and CLEAN all the time. Especially with an 8 month old that crawls and sloppers good old teeth on the hard wood...and a 2 year old who is just as messy sometimes! OH well it's all good!!

So I did go up again and am going back down again....

Sweets and why on earth do we have to crave them??? In this article it says

The explanation appears to be a complex web of biology and emotion. One thing, however, is certain: "In our research, we've looked at characteristics of foods craved, and it has to do with calories. A combination of fat and carbohydrates is the defining characteristic."

I wish that someone would figure it out!! Ok, I know we have troubles with them, I know I do ie my chocolate chips...well I have not touched them in 5 days. That is good, the oreos are still in the cupboard. And the ice cream I did have a small cone last night after dinner with the children. But I didn't eat more ice cream or chips and salsa, or popcorn after 9 last night, even though I was STARVING. I just held my DH's hand and watch Heros with him. I was going to work out last night again, but really didn't feel up to it. It was too much and I am starting to feel it and don't want my workouts to be crap. I did EA Active today, that was good 250 cals gone! I will get to a work out tonight to watch Greys. I did the floors and chased the children around. I do not like doing floors at all....but they really needed to be done!!
