weight in!!

So another week and crappy chocolate covered almonds....
Week 14 weight 201.2 -2 (13.8 Total!)
Week 15 weight is 201.2
Week 16 weight is 201 (14 lost for good)
So not great, not bad, not anything really. I will be below 200 this next week. I have been starting things and am going to pay more attention and not just eat crap. I am tired and have a loss of energy and am going to kick this in the bud before it really takes over.
I am going to start today. I have decided to go off Facebook, HUGE waste of time. I am not feeling the 'love' from any of my so called friends and really just don't need that crap in my life. I will miss reading some updates, but really is it worth my time. I am going to focus on my family and me at least until Christmas is over and re-evaluate then.
My goals for the next few weeks is remember what Christmas is all about.
Take care of my family
Take care of me...working out, eating right and feeling better
Enjoy my extended family and let the past be just that the past.

  1. You sound a little down. Your priorities are good though and the fact that you are trying to get the negatives out of your life and focus on the positives is going to really help.
