working out is hard to dooooo...

Okay most of you who read know I do love to work out, I really do love it. The way it makes me feel, the energy I get from doing it, I don't fall asleep in the middle of the day because I have the energy to get through the day. I love to watch TV while in my basement working out. I love EA active, wish I had the next part to it...maybe Santa will get it for me. But in the last 10 days or so I have only worked out 4 times, and usually I would be at at least double that. I guess you can say we have been busy, or maybe I am not getting up early enough to fit it in. Well I think that both are very true. I have not lost anything and feel that when I don't work out as much or as hard I don't tend to lose as much or any...And a pound a week is not very much, but it's what I want.
I have gone to see a Naturopath, usually I am not the type of person that would see someone like this, but I have money in the benefits account and thought what the heck...So I went to see about the whole weight loss and what she would recommend.
-- She said to cut out dairy???? WHAT really are you sure....that is hard for my family and me to do and goat cheese is like $7 for 500gms...so really not what I can do for the pocket book. But I figured I could try to do a few things, and will cut out dairy for a little while or at least most of it.
-- She also said to eat 2 pieces of fruit before eating breakfast and dinner...ummm ok...I guess that can happen most days, but for my blood type I can't have bananas...and I love them....
-- No carbs after 3pm...so now what!?! Spaghetti and lasagna dinners what am I going to do with out those???
I am thinking some of these are good, but some are going to be harder, there was more info that she gave me.
What I am going to do
I am going to limit my carbs but not cut them out
Drink Almond milk and do goat cheese
Eat at least 1 if not 2 pieces of fruit before a meal
And Drink lemon water and regular water when always just like I always have, but up it by one more 32 oz... so drinking 4 of my water bottles a day.
I am going to do my work outs 6 times a week and get up earlier if I know my day starts too early to get it in at the normal time.
I am going to relax a little over the holidays before I have to pack up my house!! Which is exciting and overwhelming....so many things so many boxes already....

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Weigh in's to come...
