Sorry for the few that read, I have been off line for a while and well, no real reason. Staying the same weight wise, need a kick in the pants to get it going again...
My computer is down so I am using my hubby's older laptop and well, it's ok, but it's not mine....
I just really hope and pray that all my info on my other is ok and safe and I will still have it!
Let me know what keeps you going on your weight loss or in life and help me kick me in the pants!

I am working out with hubby these days and if he isnt available I am asking my kids to help me. I am working on water intake and cutting out sweets. Save them for one day a week for a treat! I am down but still not under the 160 yet... hopefully this week!!!
ReplyDeleteYou can do this!! I know you can! You just have to take it one day (or hour if necessary) at a time!
(btw-- our house finally sold! As of March 25 it is no longer ours)
