So one day at a time is all I can do right Jodi! I am so happy your house sold! The stress is gone for now!
I think my biggest issue has been with the scale and the #'s that is says. I don't remember the last time I weighted in but I know it's been a couple weeks, when I cried because it was up to 197.6 (beginning of March) Which I didn't like. So today thinking it's been a long while I stepped on it again totally expecting to see that same # and guess what, I didn't!!!
We were at 195.6 on March 2nd
Today we are at 192.6 March 23 2010.
I will take it! so in 21 days 3 weeks I have lost 3 lbs, which is great 1 lb a week. It's hard to watch 1 lb at a time, so I think my next weigh in will be in April. Maybe I will wait another 3 weeks to weigh in a gain!
For the next 3 weeks, more water, more working out, more being happy!
My running has gone pretty good, I am in week 5 and will be doing that last run tomorrow then on to week 6! I have started yoga once a week and am enjoying learning. We have a new instructor so it's been fun to learn from the very beginning and know why you are doing something in a position and how to get there. I am going to re start the EA active program, I ended the new one a little bit ago and really enjoyed it. I am going to do the 1st one again.
I am going to steal away a few minutes a day to reflect and focus on the next day and maybe do some yoga at the same time!

  1. I would love to do Yoga but saddly I am the type of person that does things much better with someone else to do it with... so... can you see me getting my hubby to do yoga... LOL not likely! Maybe once my DD is older she will do things like that with me!
