I am doing ok, water has been good, will try and get better. Eating is ok, still watching my portions and leaving out some of the not so good sweets. I was chatting with a friend and was saying that when I am stressed I really need to just work out more...but I haven't been this last week at all!! I have been biking and to the park with the kids and walks ect, but I need to do a little more.
Tomorrow my goal is to be up at 6:30 and work out. If I can do it tomorrow, then I can do it the next day and know I am not going to die!! Wish me luck! I will let you know how it turns out. Off to finish dinner and get ready for T Ball tonight!
