Oh well, I guess that's what happens when I don't work out all week! I have started this week off good and will hope to see some changes.
I was reading through some of my older posts and was hoping to be the weight I am by the end of February but that didn't happen. Why? I am not sure. I think part of me was giving up for a little while, or my body is adjusting or I just didn't give 100%. It is now the middle of May and by the middle of June I will be 190. I am going to drink more water and get those work outs in. Today I woke up earlier enough to get in my work out but other things happened so I will drop off my dd and then get to working out.
