Thursday Work out










For this work out I did 40 minutes cardio. I get to watch a favourite show well I do this. Then I added 40 lunges, 20 forward for each leg and then 20 side for each leg.I love doing squats! Love them. I also did some dead lifts with out weights and did 20 of those.
I think I need to do what I love!
What do the few readers I have LOVE to do.
I love to cuddle up and watch movies with my hubby and children
I love working out
I love reading
I have found a love of tea in the evenings to relax.

  1. Awesome workout! I found a good series on pinterest that I am trying to get back to using! I agree with needing to love what you are doing.

    I love to have my coffee in the am with hubby before the kids get up.
    I love sitting in the chair and 1/2 with each of the kids to hear about their day
    I am sure I will love Jamaica when we get there! lol
