closing shop
So I am not very good at blogging at this time in my life and am going to close up shop for a little while, I will still be checking out other blogs just not writing here. Good luck to everyone in their journeys and life!

I know it's been a while again. Sorry to those who do read, I don't know who most of you are but thanks.
I am holding at the 190 right now. I have been up and down with feeling not so great and feeling ok. My children too have been up and down especially the youngest. He has a runny nose right now. And he is a big suck when it comes to being sick and wanting to be in my arms all the time. I just finished my 1st boat camp and it was great. I am going to keep going for the rest of the summer. I have a few things in my life that are happening and will wait to let you know those. We are working on the yard and the trampoline is up right now and the kids are loving it. They have something more than just riding bikes, which they love to do, but I can't be out there all the time with them, so now they can be in the yard.
we are good and happy and not so healthy but getting back I hope soon.
Who has some great plans this summer?!
we are going to go camping in August, but we stay close to home for the most part....

I did it I did it!!
So I did it, I know I have been missing for a while. I have not been feeling that good.
Still not 100%
But I did it, I finally hit 190.0 I have lost 25 lbs!!! I have 30 lbs to go, so I am almost 1/2 way there. That makes me happy.
It takes time to adjust to changing your mind set. I now look in my fridge when I am craving something sugary and think what can I eat that would satisfy that craving and not be high in sugar or calories. I like the new me and my change. When I do eat something that is not good for me I don't eat tons and tons of it, I take a portion and can eat just that and be done.
Growing up I was always scared even though we had enough food, that I wouldn't get enough. So I would eat just to eat sometimes which is so not good. I now eat until I feel full or before and give the rest to my hubby if he is still hungry or get rid of it or left overs.
We had a nice day out for the past couple days, I can't believe summer is here and my oldest is home now all the time with us. I hope we don't drive each other too crazy! And we can enjoy our outings and times at home!!

So close, but good enough for me!!! I have been drinking more and working out a lot and loving it! My children are helping with it and so is my DH, he is a great support. Too bad we don't work out too much together, I am really trying to get him more motivated to do so....
I am excited about the losing and I think this is the lowest I have been since before my last baby about 2 years ago....
It's going to be a good week, I can feel it!

So VERY HAPPY this week with the weight loss. I guess this working out if finally paying off. I hope to be down to 190 for the 15th I believe is my due date for that!! I think this week is going to be a good one!

Well it's another loss thank goodness, I have a little time to lose the last 4 lbs before my 1st goal of 190 by the middle of the month. I am going to have to pull out all the stops now!!
Bootcamp was tough last night, I need to keep it up and enjoy. My legs are feeling pretty good today, so I am getting a little use to the hard workouts. I totally feel it all doing it though!! Recovery time is better so that is good!
Today is a cleaning day, yesterday was a baking day, so it's good. Can't wait to get the house tidy again. With 4 children it never seems as though I am caught up with that. But I have to take time to enjoy the kids too since they are only young once!
Water drinking is great. Eating is good, I am going to start tracking more again, I get lazy and forget, even though it's all on my phone which is usually with me!
Waking up is sucking with bootcamp at 7:30 bed at 9 is not happening since I have to unwind. So I am not going to stress about it at all, I am just going to do it when I get up. No point right now, once bootcamp is over then I will adjust. And it doesn't help when DH is still in bed!

Feeling good
So after 2 nights of bootcamp last week, I though for sure that on Thursday I would not be able to move...But I could!! So tomorrow I have it again and really can't wait, it's hard and a lot of work, but I love the push. I don't like being the 'wimp' in the group so I am getting pushed harder than I would work on my own at times. I need to get a schedule better figured out so I can get in a home work out too.

Friday's Treadmill run, weights and personal trainer
Saturday, family bike ride
Sunday off
So that I am going to do I will be checking it off once they are done!
Now to bed early tonight so I can get up at 6:30 am to work out!!
